Monday | July 21st
Toddler Time at Explora
9–11am, Explora Museum (1701 Mountain Rd NW, Albuquerque). The museum opens early just for toddlers to explore, play, and discover with interactive exhibits and special activities like storytime and music jam.
Yoga in the Central Park
10am, The Block (7805 Enchanted Hills Blvd, Rio Rancho). Free outdoor yoga class. Bring your own mat and water; instructor tips encouraged.
Baby Storytime
10:30–11:30am, Downtown Library (501 Copper Ave NW, Albuquerque). Interactive storytime with books, songs, fingerplays, and movement followed by playtime with toys. For ages 0–3.
Run for Ruidoso
6pm, Canteen Brewhouse. Join us for Run for Ruidoso, a special 5K event benefiting flood relief efforts in Lincoln County. Whether you're walking, jogging, or running, every step helps support communities impacted by the recent floods.
Sip and Wax
6pm, Boxing Bear Tramway. Craft your own personalized candles from over 140 tantalizing scents while enjoying your first complimentary drink. This hands-on workshop in NE Heights is perfect for candle enthusiasts and beginners alike.

Baby Storytime
10:15–10:45am, Erna Fergusson Library (3700 San Mateo Blvd NE, Albuquerque). Interactive storytime with books, songs, fingerplays, and movement for ages 0–3.
Park Explorers
9-11am, Winrock Town Center. Guided by students from the Bosque School’s Field and Community Science. Aimed for kids 4-8 years old. All kids must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Preschool Storytime
10:30–11:15am, Lomas Tramway Library (908 Eastridge Dr NE, Albuquerque). Stories, songs, puppets, and playtime for ages 3–5.
Toddler Tuesday at Jungle Jam
10am, Jungle Jam (9227 Coors Blvd NW, Albuquerque). Hands-on activities like music, crafts, and storytime for toddlers. Included with regular admission.
Measles Vaccination Clinic

Movies in the Park: Wizard of Oz and Wicked
8:30-10:30pm, Balloon Fiesta Park. Grab a blanket, popcorn and enjoy a movie under the stars with your favorite people. Every Friday night from June 6 to July 25, movies are free and begin at sundown.
Zoo Music: The Mother Hips
6-8:30pm, ABQ Biopark. Plan to spend an evening with wildlife, food, music and fun. Kids will have fun getting their faces painted. Adults with an ID can order a drink from the variety of bars at the Zoo. Dusk is one of the more active times for animals and a great time to learn about the Zoo’s conservation initiatives.

Lavender in the Village
8am-3pm, The largest lavender festival in the Southwest. The 2025 festival will feature over 100 vendors offering an abundance of lavender plants, potions, lotions, artwork, and more. Attendees will also enjoy live music and a robust schedule of educational programming.
