UNM Clinic- Geriatric Education and Health Maintenance
10am-12pm, Cherry Hills Meeting Room. GEHM (Geriatric Education Health Management) is for people who are 60+. We offer health assessments which include: blood pressure, pulse, oxygen, blood glucose, and medication review. We also offer community resources, meaning we can offer phone numbers for people who are seeking mental health, housing, or other issues.

Guided Hike: Piedras Marcadas Canyon
5pm, this hike begins at the Piedras Marcadas Canyon trailhead (9421 Jill Patricia St. NW, Albuquerque, NM 87114). These weekly hikes focus on the history, the geology, and the petroglyphs along this 1.9 mile hike. Binoculars are recommended. Bring water, sunscreen, warm layers, and comfortable shoes for a flat, sandy hike. Hikes will be led by park volunteer Joseph Wiexelman, PhD.

Conversational Spanish
